Main House
The house consists of several old farm buildings joined together to give spacious accommodation. It is full of character, with wood beams and stone fireplaces.

The house is equipped with gas central heating.

A telephone is available for in-coming calls and local out-going calls (not long-distance)

The various bedrooms can cater for up to 12 people. Some of the upstairs rooms are accessed by open tread wooden stairs.

Kitchen - spacious with large table in centre. Equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Welsh dresser.

Utility room - equipped with large freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Main sitting room - large room with patio doors at two ends, leading into the garden. Plenty of comfortable seats. Dining table at one end. TV with satellite (BBC, ITV, Film Four) & DVD/video player. Card table, cards and indoor games.
Open-tread stairs lead to bedroom with two single beds on mezzanine above sitting room.

‘Winter’ sitting room - Cosy room with chairs facing a large working fireplace with wood-burning stove.
Stairs lead up to bedroom above, with two single beds and leading through to study/bedroom above kitchen, with sofa bed, desk and bookcase containing small library.

Downstairs bedroom – large room with feature fireplace (not operational). On ground floor with king-sized double bed and door out to garden. Cherry-wood furniture.
There is a shower room adjacent to main bedroom, which is equipped with shower, basin/vanity unit and toilet.

Bathroom - Spacious and equipped with bath (with shower attachment and curtain), washbasin, bidet and toilet. French doors leading out to garden.

Separate gîte
Comprises galley kitchen, shower-room and double-bed on a mezzanine floor. This gîte is suitable for two people (plus small child) outside the main summer season. Alternatively, it can be used to provide extra accommodation for large groups renting the main house. The gîte is not available for rental as a separate unit if the main house is occupied by other clients.

Outside the house
There is lots of space around three sides of the house, with three main patio areas equipped with seating and tables. One patio has a barbeque area and outdoor eating area with large wood table and outdoor lighting. Also, there is a boules area, a table-tennis room and lawns for playing games.

Swimming pool - kidney-shaped (10 x 5 metres approx). The depth of water varies from 1 metre around the edge to 1.6 metres in the centre. Features Roman steps and underwater lighting and terrace lighting. Pool maintenance is done by our caretakers.

Garage - large open barn with space for two or more vehicles.

Bicycle shed – currently there are 5 bicycles available for use by clients.
